Carbon Bar

A local Toronto eatery that features delicious Texas-style BBQ, steaks, seafood & original dishes. They use only the highest quality meats, prepared with their signature spices and sauces. All meats are smoked ‘low and slow’ using white oak, creating a unique flavour.

Gertie's

A tribute sweet pie concept brought to you by Ryan Campbell & Sara Steep.

Food for the soul, their Mom’s old recipe for this all-seasons delight is made with a graham wheat & peanut crust, softly whipped mascarpone cream with a splash of fresh lemon, a ton of voluptuous all-natural peanut butter mousse then topped with honey roasted peanuts.

Oh and oozes with a peanut caramel.

Wonton Hut

Chef: Eddie Yeung

Eddie Yeung is the chef and founder of Wonton Hut, he was born in Hong Kong (China). At age of 16, he began apprenticeships with some renowned noodle chefs and explored deeply the intricate culinary art of southern style wonton.

He immigrated to Canada in 1993, working in a number of restaurants in Toronto. Yeung opened his first Toronto restaurant Wonton Hut in 2009.

Niuda
Hand-pulled noodles

Niuda Hand-Pulled Noodles are different because they are fresher, resulting in a more al dente texture.

Thier beef broth is cooked using thirteen different spices with the highest quality Kobe beef bones, making the soup richer and having a greater depth of flavour than any other noodle soup. This specialty cuisine is serving Lanzhou-style Chinese hand-pulled noodles.
