What You Get:

• 1 lb, feeds 2-3 people.
• Shelf Life: 8 months frozen, 3 days thawed in the fridge.

Heating Instructions:

• Thaw in the fridge overnight.
• Remove the lid and let it sit on top of the container.
• Microwave for 7 minutes, check if it is hot and you may need an additional 2 minutes depending on your microwave. Or place the meat on a baking sheet and spoon additional sauce on top of the cutlets then bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes.
