Prime Beef Wellington (450g)

Ingredients:  

Braised Prime Sirloin

Filling - Beef, butter, paprika, onion, garlic, onion powder,  pepper, salt, mushroom, canola oil, water, vinegar, mustard,  egg.  

Pastry - Wheat flour, butter, vegetable oils, water, salt, sugar,  soy lecithin, turmeric extract, annatto extract, ascorbic acid 

Baking Instructions:  

Do not thaw. Bake from frozen. Preheat oven to 380 F  (193 C) . Remove packaging and place Wellington on oven  safe tray. Brush with egg wash to give it a golden color.  Sprinkle with salt. Bake for 50-60 minutes. Remove from  oven and let Wellington rest for 10-12 minutes before slicing  and serving
