What You Get:

- Preheat oven to 375F. Season chicken with salt on both sides.
- Drizzle olive oil on cast iron pan and sear chicken skin side down, continue to sear until golden brown.
- Roast chicken in the oven skin down until cooked through (est. 25 minutes).
