What You Get:

Each patty 8oz. 2 patties each pack.
- Shelf Life: 30 days frozen.
- Thaw in the sealed pack (est. 1 hour in cold water or overnight in the fridge).
- Drizzle both sides of the patties with olive oil and season liberally with salt and pepper.
- Sear in hot cast iron pan with oil or grill on medium high heat.
- Cook each side until dark golden (est. 6 minutes) or until patties are cooked through.
