Ingredients: fermented white cabbage, carrot, onion, salt, pepper, mix of spices, and vegetable oil.
Heating instruction: Defrost first. Pot reheat: 3-5 mins until hot with occasional stirring. Microwave reheat: 2-3 mins in the same plastic or glass container.
Sauerkraut is kept in a 500mL container.
