- Approx. 454g per pack.
- Best for 90 days in the freezer; consume within 2 days after defrosting.
- Thaw mussels and sauce in the refrigerator for 24 hours or until fully thawed.
- Pour yellow curry into a pan and bring to a boil.
- Add mussels, cover with a lid, then bring to a boil.
- Turn heat down to low and simmer for 8 – 10 minutes.
