10oz center cut top sirloin steak with our special house-made Satay Steak seasoning dry rub. Enjoy with bread, rice, noodles, salad or on its own. Vacuum sealed. Does not come with accompanying items in the photo.
- Approx. 285g per pack
- Best for 60 days in the freezer; consume within 2 days after defrosting.
- Thaw product in the refrigerator for 24 hours or until fully thawed.
- Remove steak from packaging and wipe dry with a paper towel.
- Evenly coat steak with satay seasoning rub provided.
- Preheat a skillet with high heat.
- Sear steak for 2 minutes per side.
- Turn heat to medium, cook for 3-5 minutes for medium-rare or until internal temperature reaches 145F/63C.
