What You Get: 

  • Kiwi mussels from New Zealand served in our Saigon Yellow Curry with layers of flavor and full of depth from the authentic fresh ingredients and spices used.
  • Approx. 454g per pack.
  • Best for 90 days in the freezer; consume within 2 days after defrosting.

Heating Instructions:

  • Thaw mussels and sauce in the refrigerator for 24 hours or until fully thawed.
  • Pour yellow curry into a pan and bring to a boil.
  • Add mussels, cover with a lid, then bring to a boil.
  • Turn heat down to low and simmer for 8 – 10 minutes.
