What You Get: 

  • House special braised beef short rib dinner
  • Shelf Life: best for 90 days in the freezer; consume within 3 days after defrosting.

Heating Instructions:

  • Defrost the dish overnight in the fridge or pull it out of the freezer for 5 hours before consuming.
  • Preheat your oven in bake mode, then bake at 320F for 7 minutes. 
  • Warm up the sauce in the saucepan. When the short ribs are warm add to the saucepan.
  • Tips and Tricks: you can add a small piece of dark chocolate to the sauce.
