What You Get:
- Canadian wild-caught halibut from Atlantic Canada in MSC's signature marinade. Our halibut has a sweet, mild flavor, and comes individually vacuum sealed. This cut is perfect for deep frying. We recommend using breading or batter prior to deep frying. Also good for pan-searing. If looking to grill or bake, we recommend the halibut steak.
